More Questions Regarding Medical Translators

Maria asks…
How do I get these documents professionally translated?
I am a just graduated high school student looking to work abroad. I found an organization with whom I can do this, but they require three documents to be translated, by a professional translator, into French. They are basic documents-- a medical report, a diploma, and a transcript-- all which should be relatively easy to translate.
The problem is that the translator that I've looked at so far will cost around $120. Being a high school graduate, I am very limited in how much money I have, and I would prefer to save it for the actual experience. Are there any professional translators that are cheaper than this, or will any translator allow me to translate the documents myself, and send them in only to insure they are translated correctly, and for a stamp? The program which I chose requires that I have the stamp of a professional translator.
Thank you!

Prince Stephen answers:
$120 for three documents is a real steal, to be honest. If you can't afford that, you're probably not going to be able to handle the program as I'm sure they're going to require you to buy your own tickets.
Contact a local translator personally, explain your situation, and ask if they might be willing to cut you a break and reduce the price for you.
But be sure you don't insult a professional translator by asking if it would be okay for you to do it yourself and then have them just "correct" it and give their stamp on it.

french speakers: help translate paragraph?
After a horrible incident 33 Chilean miners were stuck underground. The rescue team included 10 employees. The capsule was tested several times before it was lowered into the mine. The miners wore a small oxygen mask and had headphones and a microphone giving them contact with rescuers at the surface. They had waterproof clothing and sunglasses for the rescue. At the surface, the miners were met by a couple of relatives or close friends before they were taken away on a stretcher an ambulance. There, a doctor checked them for any serious medical conditions. Fortunately, the rescue was a success!

Here's the text in "imparfait" and "passé-simple", since I think it sounds way better at those tenses:

FLUENT French speakers help?
Hi, i'll need to explain certain things to a french person that doesn't speak any English, and some of the terms are vaguely medical, so I've got no clue how to express them, and some sentences may be idomatic expressions in French (I need to say "my skin is itching and burning", but it may be "my skin is on fire" etc.)
I have hives, the itchy rash/allergic reaction and I'm not sure how to say that either, here's what I need to expain, the parentheses can be ignored, just use them to facilitate your translation.
Okay so it starts here:
"For the past few months my skin has been itching and burning all day, I have hives that start when I feel warm (or my body temperature increases, when I get hot, etc. However you want to phrase it). I have been to 11 different doctors already. I want to know what work is being done in school right now, I have the text book."
I can pronounce things perfectly as long as there are accents, so if you can type it with accents I'd appreciate it. I tried to make use of translators and what I already knew but I was unsure if certain things are spoken literally in France.
Thank you for your help, and happy holidays!

Prince Stephen answers:
Depuis quelques mois ma peau me démange et brûle. J'ai de l'urticaire qui apparait lorsque ma température corporelle monte. Je suis déjà allé voir 11 docteurs. J'aimerais savoir quels travaux sont faits dans l'école en ce moment, j'ai le manuel.

No internet translators, those things suck! If you speak French fluently and are willing to give it a go, it is much appreciated!
Thank you in advance!

Just a simple needle with prevent the mother from giving her unborn child a dangerous condition. Your money gives us the support necessary to make this happen.

Because of <>, many people have received a shot at life, children are without AIDS, and mothers receive good medical attention.
Your money is the difference between life or death, sickness or health, pain or happiness.
Thank you for your time.

Prince Stephen answers:
I've made this formal, since it looks like something you'd say to a crowd or general public. I took liberties with some of your sentences, since it's a text translation and not a word for word translation.
Bonjour.
